2 slices bacon
1 (15 ounce) can butter beans, rinsed and drained
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

Arrange bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
Heat butter beans, bacon, butter, and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbling, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

6 tablespoons butter, cut into pats
1 small shallot, minced
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Two 16-ounce packages frozen petite peas, thawed
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
3 tablespoons heavy cream

Steps:

Add the butter to a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Once melted, add the shallots and saute until tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir in the peas and cook until they are just warmed through, about 4 minutes. Add the mint and cream and stir together. Serve.

SAUTEED GREEN BEANS WITH CREAMY LEMON DRESSING

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 shallots, chopped
2 pounds green beans, trimmed, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
Kosher salt and ground black pepper
1 cup heavy cream
6 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves only
1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons sour cream

Steps:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shallots and cook, stirring, until softened, about 1 minute. Add the green beans and salt and pepper to taste. Saute, stirring occasionally, until crisp tender, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish and set aside.
Return the skillet to medium-high heat and add the cream, thyme, lemon juice and zest, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and let reduce by half, until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the dressing over the green beans to serve.

6 cups sugar
1 cup butter
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 (11 1/2 ounce) bags peanut butter morsels
18 ounces peanut butter
1 (13 ounce) jar marshmallow cream

Steps:

Mix in bowl- peanut butter and marshmellow cream and set to side.
Mix sugar, butter, milk in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Mix everything together. (easier if you use a mixer on stir).
Put in cookie sheet. (lined with a wax paper).
Let cool and harden.
