Freshly chopped veggies meet the wonderfully versatile naan bread in this easy, incredibly customizable recipe. This recipe can easily feed four people, but if it's the only thing for lunch, then the number of servings is definitely two. Hope you enjoy it!

2 naan breads
¼ cup olive oil, divided, or as needed
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tomato, chopped
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 small red onion, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil, or to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano, or to taste
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place naan on baking sheets and brush with olive oil.
  • Bake naan in the preheated oven until light toasted, 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Stir mushrooms, tomato, bell pepper, red onion, basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes together in a bowl. Fold garlic and 1 tablespoon olive oil into vegetable mixture.
  • Spread mozzarella cheese onto each naan bread; top with vegetable mixture.
  • Bake pizzas in the oven until cheese is melted and vegetables are cooked through, 10 to 15 minutes more.

1 large bunch broccoli (about 1 1/2 pounds), cut into florets, stalks peeled and thinly sliced
1/4 cup olive oil, plus more for drizzling
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, plus more to taste
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 pint red and yellow grape tomatoes, halved
1 clove garlic, minced
6 naan flatbreads
1 1/2 pounds fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons chopped pitted green olives
3 tablespoons salted roasted pepitas

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Toss the broccoli with 3 tablespoons olive oil and the red pepper flakes on a rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Mix the tomatoes with the garlic in a small bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Roast the broccoli until it begins to turn brown, 16 to 18 minutes. Add the tomatoes to the baking sheet, then toss with the broccoli and roast until tender, about 6 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, divide the flatbreads between 2 baking sheets. Top with the mozzarella, leaving a 1-inch border, then top with the broccoli and tomatoes. Sprinkle with the olives and pepitas. Brush the edges of the breads with the remaining tablespoon olive oil.
  • Bake until the mozzarella is melted and the flatbreads are very warm, about 8 minutes. Drizzle a little olive oil on the tops and sprinkle with more red pepper flakes if you like it spicy. Cut into wedges and serve.

This Naan Pizza recipe is an easy dinner idea that takes just 20 minutes from start to finish! The crust is brushed with buttery garlic Parmesan and the topping ideas are endless.

1 cup Pizza Sauce
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
Pizza Toppings of choice (see notes)
2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (grated)
Red Pepper Flakes (to garnish)
4 slices Naan bread
1.5 tablespoons melted butter
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese (grated)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Brush the outer edge of each pizza where the crust will be.
  • Spread pizza sauce over the top of each pizza, leaving room around the edge where the crust is.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese in an even layer over the top. Add desired pizza toppings, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 5 minutes. Rotate baking sheet/pizza stone 180 degrees and bake for 5 more minutes. Ovens vary slightly so check on it 2 minutes beforehand.
  • Remove from oven and create one vertical and one horizontal slice using a long chef's knife or a pizza cutter. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired and serve with garlic bread with cheese.

1/2 cup Trader Joe's Vodka Sauce
1 cup shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
4 tsp. minced garlic
4 Tbsp. crumbled fat free feta
1/2 cup garlic spinach (recipe for this is in my collection)
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup diced broccoli crowns
Garlic salt
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

  • 1. Preheat oven to 425. 2. Lay out each Naan. Cover each with the sauce, cheese, garlic, feta, spinach, onion, broccoli, a sprinkle of garlic salt, and top with parmesan cheese. 3. I love this pizza. It's delicious. I usually sprinkle it with a bit of garlic powder and cracked black pepper before baking.

2 pkg instant pizza crust mix (if using lg cookie sheet as in pic)
1 c fresh spinach leaves or enough to spread over entire pizza
1 c chopped broccoli florets
1 jar(s) alfredo sauce
1 pkg shredded mozzerella

Steps:

  • 1. Prepare pizza crust as directed. (Some have different temp settings. So just keep an eye on them when baking.) Preheat oven to setting recommended on package.
  • 2. Chop broccoli florets into smaller pieces if you like. Keep spinach whole. It will shrink up when cooked.
  • 3. When dough is ready, spread on cookie sheet. Spread jar of alfredo sauce evenly over dough. Place as little or as much fresh spinach as you desire over sauce. Add chopped broccoli. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly. Bake about 10 - 20 min or until cheese is melted & crust is golden brown.

2 pork and chilli sausages
2 red onions , sliced
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 garlic and coriander naan bread
75g feta cheese , crumbled
few coriander leaves

Steps:

  • Skin the sausages, then fry the filling in a hot, non-stick frying pan, breaking up with a wooden spoon until golden. Remove and set aside. Toss the onion in the pan and gently cook in the fat from the sausages until soft, about 8-10 mins.
  • Add the sugar and vinegar to the pan and turn up the heat. Cook, stirring often, until caramelised. Season.
  • Heat grill to high, put the naan breads on a baking sheet and divide the onion between the two. Scatter over the sausagemeat and grill for 3-4 mins until hot. Scatter with feta and coriander to serve.
