Ingredients

2 tablespoons Smoked paprika
1 tablespoon Salt
2 tablespoons Black Pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Onion powder
1 tablespoon Dill
1 tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar

Steps:

Measure ingredients into a small mixing bowl.
Combine all ingredients together.
Scoop into storage jars.
Label and date.

Ingredients

4 pieces top sirloin steaks or 4 pieces rib eye steaks
4 -6 teaspoons salt (depending on taste)
4 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Steps:

Mix together seasoning ingredients and rub into each side of steak.
Grill steaks on a large frying pan over medium-high heat; press down on steak with spatula or tongs to sear the edges.

This I use for so many things other than steak. It's good in pot roast, makes the BEST hamburgers. I use this as my secret seasoning.

2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 dash corriander
1 dash tumeric
1 dash red pepper flakes for more heat (optional)

Steps:

1. Mix together and store in a little spice bottle. Use for red meats or adding some flavor to cream based soups. I love this in home made broccoli cheddar soup.
