1 package (.3 ounce) sugar-free orange gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
1 can (14 ounces) fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
3 tablespoons grated orange zest
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
1 graham cracker crust (10 inches)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in the milk, sour cream and orange zest. Fold in the whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in the milk, sour cream and orange peel. Fold in the whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
ice cubes
1/2 cup cold water
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
2 tsp. orange zest, finely chopped
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Whisk in COOL WHIP until blended. Refrigerate 15 to 20 min. or until mixture is thick enough to mound. Stir in zest.
  • Spoon into crust.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

1 ½ cups unsweetened pineapple juice
2 eggs
1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O® mix
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • Chill evaporated milk.
  • Combine sugar, pineapple juice, and eggs in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, and cook until mixture thickens. Stir in orange gelatin, and stir well until dissolved. Cool.
  • Whip evaporated milk, and mix into the cooled orange mixture. Pour filling into pie crust. Freeze until ready to eat.

Tired of the flat flavor of store bought orange gelatin? You can make your own with this simple recipe of gelatin, orange and lemon juice and zest and sugar.

4 ½ teaspoons unflavored gelatin
¼ cup cold water
1 cup boiling water
1 ¾ cups orange juice
2 teaspoons grated orange zest
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
¾ cup white sugar
½ cup lemon juice
1 pinch salt

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Add boiling water, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
  • To 3 tablespoons of the orange juice add the orange and lemon zest; set aside for 5 minutes.
  • Strain the zest out of the orange juice and discard the zest. To the gelatin add all of the orange juice, sugar, lemon juice and salt. Stir until well blended and set aside to cool.
  • Pour cooled mixture into a 4-cup mold which has been rinsed in cold water. Cover and refrigerate to congeal.

1/4 cup orange juice

1 Keebler® Ready Crust® shortbread pie shell

Steps:

  • 1. Chill small mixing bowl. 2. In small bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water.3. In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add sugar, orange juice and lemon juice. Beat until combined. Gradually beat in gelatin mixture. Refrigerate until partially set, stirring ocassionally.4. In chilled bowl beat whipping cream on medium speed of electric mixer until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into gelatin mixture. Spread in crust.5. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator. *NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.

  • Drain liquid from oranges into a measuring cup. Add enough water to measure 1 cup; set oranges aside. Pour liquid into a saucepan; bring to a boil. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. , Transfer to a large bowl; place mixer beaters in bowl. Cover and refrigerate until mixture becomes syrupy., Add milk. Beat on high speed until nearly doubled.
