Mug Cake Using Brownie Mix Food

2 INGREDIENT MUG BROWNIES

Steps:

• Spray a large mug with baking spray.
• Combine the brownie mix and water in the mug and stir to combine , about 30 seconds with a fork.
• Microwave 60 to 90 seconds.
• Top with whipped cream, ice cream, or chocolate chips.

CAKE MIX MUG CAKE

Steps:

• In a gallon sized ziplock bag, combine the two boxes of cake mix. Shake the bag to mix thoroughly.
• Use either a microwave safe paper cup or a microwavable mug. If using a mug, lightly coat the inside with non-stick spray. The spray makes clean-up easier.
• Into the mug, add 3 tablespoons cake mix and 2 tablespoons water. Add 1-2 tablespoons of add-ins, such as a handful of chocolate chips. Stir to combine.
• Microwave the cake batter on high for 1 minute.
• If using frosting, allow your cake in a mug to cool for a few minutes before adding frosting.

BROWNIE IN A MUG (6 VARIATIONS)

Steps:

• Add all of dry ingredients to mug.
• Mix well with a fork or small whisk until blended.
• Add oil or melted butter, water, and vanilla.
• Mix well (add mix-ins if using).
• Put in the microwave and cook on high heat for 1 minute 40 seconds - 2 minutes (less time for a more moist brownie, more time for a more cake-like brownie).
• Add toppings or a scoop of ice cream and enjoy!
• Variations:.
• Mounds: add 1-2 tablespoons chocolate chips and a sprinkling of sweetened flaked coconut on top of cooked brownie.
• Peanut Butter Swirl: add 1-2 tbsp creamy peanut butter into mix before microwaving, or add 1 tablespoons on top of brownie after its cooked (I've noticed the peanut butter swirl tastes best with peanut butter on top of the brownie after it's cooked).
• Berry Jam: top cooked brownie with 1-2 tablespoons melted berry jam (strawberry, raspberry or blackberry is best. Just heat in microwave until melted then pour over brownie).
• S'mores: top cooked brownie with mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs.
• Candy Bar: mix in 1-2 tablespoons of your favorite chopped chocolate candy bar into the mix before heating, or add m&ms.
• Caramel Sea Salt: drop 2 salted caramels into the middle of the mix before heating, and once done top with a light sprinkle of sea salt.

MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE MUG BROWNIE

Steps:

• In a coffee mug, add water/milk, melted butter/oil, a dash of salt and vanilla extract. Whisk well.
• Add cocoa powder, whisk well. Add sugar, whisk well. Add flour, whisk well.
• Microwave for 60 seconds. Center should be slightly molten. Careful not to overcook.
• Enjoy with a spoon. Careful, brownie will be hot.

DELICIOUS MUG BROWNIE

Steps:

• Mix all the brownie ingredients, and add chocolate chips (optional), with a fork until thoroughly mixed.
• Make sure to scrape all ingredients that are stuck on the bottom and the sides of the cup...
• Place in the microwave and heat for (see times below) making sure the brownie is still moist in the middle.
• Approx. 1:45 (750 watt)
• Approx. 1:30 (850 watt)
• Approx. 1:15 (950 watt)
• Note: I have only managed to test at 850 watts and the above are just estimates.
• Leave for 2 minutes to continue to cook and cool down a little bit.
• Add the ice-cream to the top and serve!

EASY BROWNIE IN A MUG

Steps:

• Stir flour, sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt together in a microwave-safe mug. Stir water, oil, and vanilla extract into flour mixture with a fork until smooth.
• Microwave until set, 1 to 5 minutes.
