Mudslide Latte Martini Food

MUDSLIDE LATTE MARTINI

Steps:

• Set out a martini glass
• Pour the chocolate syrup (I used Hershey's brand) into a piping bag NOTE: No piping bag handy? you can use a sandwich bag or ziplock bag if they are strong enough. Just pour the syrup into your bag and snip off a tiny corner.
• Drizzle the sauce around your glass in an attractive design (see the video). Set glass aside.
• Fill your cocktail shaker with ice
• Add the baileys, vodka, coffee and half and half into your ice filled shaker.
• Firmly press the top onto your shaker and shake for 30 seconds or so.
• Strain the mudslide cocktail into your prepared martini glass.
• Now Top with whipped cream as shown in our video and shave some Dark chocolate over the top. Perfection!

MUDSLIDE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Fill an old-fashioned glass with 1 cup ice.
• Combine vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker. Add ice; cover and shake until chilled. Strain into the prepared old-fashioned glass.

MUDSLIDE MARTINI

Steps:

• Pour equal parts of vanilla vodka, Bailey's Irish Cream and Kahlua over ice into a one-cup glass. Fill the glass with milk.
• Stir and then strain the drink into a martini glass. This drink is not served with ice.

LATTE MARTINI

Steps:

• In a cocktail shaker combine Stirrings Simple Syrup, Smirnoff Vanilla Flavored Vodka, coffee/espresso and cream (optional) with plenty of ice. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with strawberry slice. Serve hot or cold.;

MUDSLIDE

Steps:

• Put two small tumblers in the fridge to chill overnight. Put 30g of the chocolate in a shallow bowl and melt in the microwave in short bursts. Dip the rim of the chilled glasses in the melted chocolate, then stand them upright so it gradually drips down the sides. Return to the fridge until you're ready to serve.
• Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then pour in the coffee-flavoured liqueur, vodka, Irish cream liqueur and double cream. Shake until the outside of the shaker is very cold.
• Put a few ice cubes in the prepared glasses, then strain in the cocktail. Finely grate over the remaining chocolate and serve with a paper straw.

LATTE MARTINI
