O'BRIAN'S POTATO CASSEROLE
Hash brown potatoes, cheese, sour cream, soup and cereal crumbs make for quite a comfort food concoction. This is a delicious recipe and really easy to make.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease one 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Place potatoes in bottom of prepared dish.
- Combine the 1/2 cup butter, condensed soup, cheese, sour cream, salt and onion; mix well and pour over potatoes. Top with crushed corn flakes and drizzle with 1/2 cup melted butter.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.

MRS. O'BRIEN'S CHICKEN
The aroma of this dish is mouth-watering...We first had it at a mission's conference at a church and I couldn't resist getting the recipe from the pastor's wife...Mrs. O'Brien! I've made it in the oven and the crockpot. If you want more sauce leftover, use the crockpot!

Steps:
- Arrange chicken pieces on baking dish or shallow tray or in crock pot.
- (Line baking dish with foil for easier clean-up!) Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
- Bake at 275 for 4 hours, or until chicken is fork-tender and falls off the bone-- Or use crockpot with a time that works best for your model.
MRS. BARBER'S CHICKEN (CHICKEN STROGANOFF)
A variation on Chicken Stroganoff in the slow cooker. I have three kids (3,5,and 7) all of them will eat this and eat it well. This recipe will feed 2 or 3. I double it or triple it for the family.

Steps:
- Thaw and chop the chicken.
- With slow cooker on High, add Chicken, Butter and Italian Salad Dressing Mix.
- Let it cook for 4 hours.
- Add Cream Cheese and Soup and cook for 1 more hour on low.
- Serve over rice or your favorite noodles. Done.
- Slower Cooking version. With the slow cooker set to low, add chicken mix and cook for 6-8 hours then add the rest and cook 1 more hour.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 425°F Spray a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside.
- Combine crushed crackers, Parmesan, and pepper in a shallow dish; set aside.
- Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally, so you have 8 pieces total. Pound each chicken piece between two sheets of plastic wrap until very thin, about 1/4" thick.
- Coat chicken in butter, then dredge in cracker mixture, pressing crumbs firmly onto each piece. Lay chicken in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until golden and cooked through.

- splash of cayenne pepper sauce Rotel chiles and tomatoes A-1 sweet and tangy sauce Sriracha (or any flavor Vietnamese-style) chili sauce Substitution: Vodka or honey mead for Cider...
- ---- Combine all ingredients and pour over meat to be marinated.
- The estimated amount above marinates about 2 1/2 to 3 lbs of chicken.
- Marinate in tightly sealed dish at minimum for about 1 1/2 hours (for mild intoxication;) I marinated overnight and had wonderful results.
