A crunchy, herbed flavor-filled snack! Prepare in less than 5 minutes; will be ready to eat in one hour. It's even better than any store-bought munchie! Eat this on movie night, or pack in lunches or for a camping trip. You can serve this at picnics, parties, gatherings, showers, weddings, etc: it goes a long way! This recipe is from a co-worker; I asked for the recipe after one bite of these seasoned crackers. Prep time includes 1 hour of marinating.

Number Of Ingredients 5

Ingredients

1 cup oil
1 envelope dry ranch dressing mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dill seeds
2 packages of small oyster crackers

Steps:

Pour crackers into a 2 gallon, re-sealable baggie.
Mix the first 4 ingredients and pour into cracker-filled baggie; shake to coat.
Set for 1 hour, turning and coating.

3 cups Corn Chex
3 cups Rice Chex
5 tablespoons butter, cubed
3 tablespoons white cheddar popcorn seasoning
1 package (3.3 ounces) butter-flavored microwave popcorn, popped
2 cups caramel-filled chocolate candies
1 cup red licorice bites

Steps:

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine Corn Chex and Rice Chex. Place butter in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 20-25 seconds or until just melted. Whisk in popcorn seasoning until smooth. Pour over cereal; toss to coat., Microwave, uncovered, on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring after each minute. Immediately spread onto waxed paper; cool completely. Stir in popcorn and candies. Store in an airtight container.

Chocolate Chip Cookies. I’ve tried tons of chocolate chip cookie recipes over the decades. This Doubletree copycat easily goes on my top 5 list. They have all the flavors and textures I’m looking for in a chocolate chip cookie – soft and chewy with crisp edges, and loaded with sweet chocolate morsels and crunchy walnuts.
Sweet Iced Tea. Movie snacks are great but don’t forget about the refreshments, either. You’ll need something to chug down all those treats, and iced tea does the job beautifully.
Puppy Chow. Puppy chow, muddy buddies, monkey munch, doggy bag – this snack has a thousand monikers. No matter what you call it, though, one thing’s for sure: it’s one heck of an addictive treat.
Chocolate Covered Pretzels. Pretzel crisps are great as-is, but if you can still elevate it to make it more awesome. A chocolate and peanut butter coating is the trick.
Peanut Butter Cups. The peanut butter and chocolate-covered pretzels are amazing, but if you want pure, unadulterated peanut butter cups, look no further than this recipe.
