Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 8x8-inch baking pan.
- Cream together butter and brown sugar. Mix in egg and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and sea salt together. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into the butter/sugar mixture. Mix thoroughly.
- Stir in creamy peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, and candy-coated chocolates. Spread mixture evenly in prepared baking pan.
- Bake until set, 25 to 27 minutes. Allow to fully cool before cutting into bars.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a Jelly Roll (11 x 17) sheet by lining with parchment, silpat liner, or spray with cooking spray.
- Mix together brown sugar, granulated sugar, peanut butter and butter until pale and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract. Blend.
- Add oats and baking soda. Mix.
- Add M & M's and Chocolate chips and stir with wooden spoon until combined.
- Bake for 17-20 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the peanut butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla and then the eggs, one at a time, beating until well incorporated.
- Add the oats, baking soda and salt and mix on low speed until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips and M&Ms.
- Press mixture evenly into prepared baking dish. The dough will be crumbly at this point, but it should press perfectly into the pan.
