Separate dough into 16 biscuits; cut each into quarters. Shake in bag to coat. Arrange in pan, adding walnuts and raisins among the biscuit pieces. In small bowl, mix brown sugar and butter; pour over biscuit pieces. Bake 28 to 32 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in center. Cool in pan 10 minutes. - Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Slice biscuits into 4 pieces each (for 48 total pieces). Place them in a large gallon size ziploc bag. Add granulated sugar and lemon zest. Seal the bag and shake to coat.
- Place half the biscuit pieces in the prepared pan. Top with half the blueberries, repeat for remaining biscuits and blueberries.
- Stir together melted butter and brown sugar. Pour over the biscuits in pan.
- Place bundt pan on a cookie sheet. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden and cooked through. Let sit 10 minutes, then invert onto serving plate.
- Make the glaze: whisk powdered sugar and lemon juice in a small bowl. Drizzle over monkey bread. Serve warm.

- Prepare pan: Heavily grease Bundt or fluted tube pan with butter (12-cup capacity). Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the dough: Separate biscuits and cut each one into four equal bite-sized pieces. Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl or plastic bag. Drop roll each piece of dough in the sugar-cinnamon mixture and shake around to coat. Gently arrange the cinnamon-sugar biscuit pieces into the prepared pan.
- Heat syrup: In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar and butter. Add 1/2 cup of the remaining sugar-cinnamon mixture (discard remaining or use for another recipe). Gently heat to melt butter and bring mixture just to a boil and then immediately remove from heat. Stir until sugars have fully dissolved. Do not overcook the syrup; you simply want to help the sugar dissolve. Carefully drizzle the warm mixture over the rolled dough balls in the pan.
- Bake: Arrange pan in the center of the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes. Time may vary; see note below.

- Pour the sugar in a gallon-sized plastic bag.
- Remove the biscuits from the tubes, and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Place the biscuit pieces in the gallon-sized bag, working in batches, and shake to coat with sugar.
- Layer biscuit pieces in a greased bundt pan.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, whisk together honey, cinnamon, and butter.
- Heat until butter melts.
- Pour evenly over the biscuit pieces in the bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, or until the end of a wooden spoon lightly pressed near the center does not depress the biscuits. It should not feel soft when you press near the center.
- Let cool in pan for 10-15 minutes before inverting onto a serving platter.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9 or 10 inch tube/Bundt® pan.
- Mix white sugar and cinnamon in a plastic bag. Cut biscuits into quarters. Shake 6 to 8 biscuit pieces in the sugar cinnamon mix. Arrange pieces in the bottom of the prepared pan.
