STICKY CINNAMON-SUGAR MONKEY BREAD
You can do all the prep work for this monkey bread the night before. I prepare the dough pieces and put all the sauce ingredients in the pan so it's ready for the morning. Steps:
- Cut dough into 1-inch pieces; place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. In a large saucepan, combine remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Cook and stir 1 minute; remove from heat. Pour over dough pieces., Cover loosely with parchment or nonstick foil; let rise in a warm place until almost doubled, about 45 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake, uncovered, until golden brown, 20-25 minutes. Immediately invert onto a serving plate.

GOOEY MONKEY BREAD
Gooey pull-apart bread; this one's great! Learned it in my college cooking class and it's been a favorite of mine ever since! A winner with all the boys (great way to make friends!) :)

Steps:
- Break dough into small balls (golf ball size).
- Melt butter in medium size bowl.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in separate bowl.
- Roll the balls into the butter bowl, then the cinnamon-sugar bowl and place in pan (loaf, cake, bundt, etc.).
- Pour remaining butter and cinnamon-sugar mixture onto balls; mix.
- Let rise until doubled (about 30 minutes in a warm place).
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool for approximately 2 minutes, then flip over onto plate.
- If desired, drizzle icing over top while hot.

QUICK AND EASY MONKEY BREAD
This is a very easy bread to make. Monkey bread also has been called Bubble Bread and Pull Apart Bread.

Steps:
- The night or several hours before, grease and flour a 9 or 10 inch tube pan. Mix brown sugar and pudding mix together. Mix white sugar and cinnamon together. Place frozen dinner rolls in pan a layer at a time. Sprinkle brown sugar and pudding mix over first layer of rolls. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon mixture over the brown sugar and pudding mixture. Spread half the nuts and melted butter over first layer. Repeat with the next layer.
- Place on counter over night. Do not cover. Next morning bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 30 minutes. Let stand a few minutes and turn pan over onto serving platter.

- The night or several hours before you want to serve, spray a non-stick bundt or tube pan with non-stick spray. Mix brown sugar, pudding mix, white sugar and cinnamon together.
- Place frozen dough in pan a layer at a time. Sprinkle butterscotch mixture, then nuts and top with some butter. Repeat layers until all ingredients have been used.
- Place on counter over night or for several hours to rise. Do not cover. When your ready, place bread in a preheated 350 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes and then invert onto serving tray.
