Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a shallow bowl or pie plate, whisk eggs with garlic powder and onion powder. Place cracker crumbs on a separate plate. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Dip pork chops into the egg, then press in the cracker crumbs to coat. Fry in the hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes per side, just until golden brown. Remove to a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, turning once. Serve immediately.

SAUCY PORK CHOPS
I got this recipe out of a cookbook that uses 5 ingredients or less. It's the simplest way to make tender, tasty pork chops. I always hated pork chops growing up, only ever eating a dried out, fried, and breaded chop. I refuse to make them this way. These are delicious and the sauce is very good over the rice.

Steps:
- Add half of the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a ziplock bag with the pork chops.
- Set in refridgerator for 15-45 minutes.
- Mix remaining ingredients in bowl.
- Place pork chops and marinating liquid in an ungreased 13"x9" baking pan.
- Top with sauce mixture.
- Cover and bake one hour at 350 degrees.
- Serve over rice.

- Season meat with salt& pepper.
- Brown in skillet.
- Combine applesauce, onion, catsup, water, soy sauce and sage.
- Pour over meat.
- Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
- I've cooked it longer and it is still tender, moist and the sauce it has simmered in is mouth-watering!
- Use yellow or red onion-- I prefer red onion.
- I've even used cinnamon applesauce I had on hand and the chops were just as tasty and delicious.
- Often served with spanish rice and a green vegetable.

As you can see from the title this was my Mom's recipe. It makes a wonderful sauce that even kids like. We used to scrape the dish to get the last little bit of it on our chops. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, and stir in the garlic. Season chops with salt and black pepper. Pan fry until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Place the chops into the prepared baking dish, and scatter the onions over the chops.
- Pour water into the skillet, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Scrape up and dissolve all the juices and browned flavor bits from the skillet into the water. Pour the mixture over the pork chops. Spread creamed corn evenly over the pork chops.
- Bake the pork chops in the preheated oven until the pork is tender and no longer pink in the middle, about 45 minutes. An instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the center of a chop should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

SAUCY OVEN PORK CHOPS
This is one for those of us that like things quick and EZ, but yet not sacrificing taste...I remember coming up with this recipe years ago, and then tucking it away in a "safe spot". I recently found it again and do remember that it was very good(or else I would not have written down the recipe) I hope someone gives it a try.... (all amounts are approximate as I was just fooling around in the kitchen that day)

- Mix garlic and mustard together. Spread over chops.
- Dredge chops in flour.
- Put in greased baking pan (no need to brown chops).
- Mix soups together with approx 1/2 cup water. Pour over chops.
- Sprinkle with tyme, salt and pepper (if desired).
- Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 approx 45 min.(or until chops are done.I probably used thin chops).
- Remove and keep warm. Use flour to thicken sauce on stovetop if desired.
- Serve with mashed potato and veggie of choice.
