OVEN BAKED PORK RIBS
A sticky, sweet and sour marinade and sauce makes the taste of these ribs explode in your mouth! Try serving them on a bed of rice. Of course, if you prefer, you can cook them on the barbecue but be sure to boil the marinade well before using.

SPARERIB MARINADE
I can't remember where I found this recipe, but to me this is the best pork rib marinade out there. Honey and pork is a winning combination and these ribs are finger licking good.

Steps:
- Arrange the spareribs in a single layer in a nonmetallic dish.
- Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together and pour over the spareribs.
- If you don't really like ginger that much you may find it a bit over powering and would want to reduce it.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 190°C and arrange the ribs on the rack of a roasting pan.
- Oven roast for 50-60 minutes, basting occasionally with the marinade.
- Turn every 10 minutes.
- Or just throw them on the BBQ.
- Cut the ribs into portions and serve.

OVEN-BAKED SWEET AND STICKY PORK BACK RIBS
I have to say that this is one of the best recipes for back ribs, and since my family loves ribs I have tried many in the past, although they certainly could be grilled on a barbecue the sticky sauce tends to burn on the grill, oven-baking produces a moist tender rib with the most wonderful sticky sauce, so make sure to have lots of napkins when serving these ribs!!! Plan ahead the ribs need to marinade for 8-24 hours (the longer, the better!). This recipe can easily be doubled to serve a crowd, and baked in two separate roasting pans. I make these ribs in a heavy foil baking pan, since the drippings char slightly it makes clean up a breeze, just toss the baking pan in the garbage after baking, if you are not using a disposable baking dish then make certain to line your pan with foil for easy clean-up. MOM'S OVEN-BARBECUED RIBS
My mom made these tender ribs for special Sunday suppers when we were growing up. A few common ingredients are all you need to make the zesty sauce that coats them. My family's eyes light up when I bring a plate of these ribs to the table, and company never suspects how easy they are to prepare. -Yvonne White Williamson, New York
