SLOW COOKER BUFFALO CHICKEN PASTA
Easy Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Pasta has all your favorite flavors of Buffalo Dip in a yummy gluten free pasta dish!

Steps:
- Pour chicken broth, Frank's Red Hot sauce, and spices to the slow cooker. Mix together.
- Add chicken to slow cooker and coat with sauce.
- Add cream cheese on top of chicken.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 2/12 hours.
- Start boiling water 30 minutes prior to serving.
- Whisk together liquid in slow cooker to fully incorporate cream cheese into sauce.
- Add 2 Tablespoons butter and 1 cup shredded cheese. Put lid back on to let cheese and butter melt. Whisk one more time prior to adding pasta.
- Add pasta to slow cooker and mix to combine.
- Top with blue cheese and celery if desired.

CROCK POT BUFFALO CHICKEN PASTA (SLOW COOKER)
I saw this recipe on a parenting forum and modified it. You can sub low fat ingredients, but please don't use fat free. Adjust the hot wing sauce to your liking (heat and amount) I actually add more than 1/2 cup. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Season chicken salt and pepper and put it in the crock.
- Add the chicken soup and hot sauce and stir.
- Cook on low 4-6 hours or high 2-3.
- Stir in cheeses and sour cream and turn off the crock pot.
- Boil pasta according to package instructions, drain well and add to the chicken/sauce mixture.
- Stir well and serve!

- Spray 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Sprinkle chicken with celery salt, salt and pepper; arrange in slow cooker. Pour Buffalo sauce over chicken; stir in garlic. Cover; cook on High heat setting about 2 hours or until juice of chicken is clear when thickest part is cut (at least 165°F). Remove chicken and, using two forks, shred into bite-size pieces.
- Add cream cheese and Cheddar cheese to slow cooker; stir to combine. Cover; cook 15 minutes. Beat with whisk until cheeses have melted into sauce. Add rigatoni and shredded chicken; stir to combine. Cover; cook about 5 minutes or until hot. Garnish with blue cheese and green onions.
