This is a chocolate and coffee-lover's favorite! Using a home espresso machine, mix espresso, chocolate, and steamed milk--then top with whipped cream.

Ingredients

1 ¼ cups 2% milk
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger brewed espresso
1 tablespoon sweetened whipped cream

Steps:

Pour milk into a steaming pitcher and heat to 145 degrees F to 165 degrees F (65 to 70 degrees C) using the steaming wand. Measure the chocolate syrup into a large coffee mug. Brew espresso, then add to mug. Pour the steamed milk into the mug, using a spoon to hold back the foam. Top with whipped cream.

Ingredients

3 cups sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
1 tablespoon espresso powder or 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
1 cup milk
6 quarts popped popcorn
1/4 cup powdered sugar

Steps:

Place popcorn in a large bowl that has been sprayed with cooking spray; set aside. Line a baking sheet or work surface with waxed paper or foil.
Stir sugar, cocoa, instant coffee and milk together in a large saucepan. Cook until mixture registers 250 on a candy thermometer, stirring occasionally.
Pour hot mixture over popcorn; stir to coat popcorn completely. Spread popcorn onto prepared surface and allow to cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Break into pieces to serve. Store in an airtight container.

In a large bowl combine popcorn and 2 tbsp mocha powder. Melt 1 1/4 c white chocolate chips in the microwave or on top of a double-boiler.
Toss popcorn mix with the melted white chocolate. Spread the popcorn out on a large lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and toss again a little.
Melt 1/4 c white chocolate with shortening. In another bowl heat up sweetened condensed milk and stir in 1 tbsp mocha powder until dissolved. Stir into melted white chocolate.
