Miracle Whip Surprise Food

CHRISTINA'S SURPRISE SPREAD

Steps:

• Mix first three ingredients.
• Spread into a pie plate or onto a pizza pan.
• Spread the cocktail sauce on next.
• Top with green onions, shrimp, tomatoes, green peppers and cheese.
• Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve with crackers and chips -- Make lots it disappears fast!

MIRACLE WHIP PARMESAN CHICKEN

Steps:

• MIX miracle whip, cheese, oregano, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
• Spoon mixture over chicken in a 9x13 baking dish.
• Place baking dish on oven rack in second from bottom position.
• BAKE at 350 for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.

MIRACLE WHIPANDREG; MANGO-CHICKEN SALAD WRAPS

Steps:

• Mix dressing and curry powder until blended. Add all remaining ingredients except tortillas; mix lightly. Spoon down centers of tortillas, roll up. Special Extra: Add ¼ cup dried cranberries and/or drained canned mandarin oranges to the chicken filling before spooning onto tortillas.

MIRACLE WHIP (HOMEMADE)

Steps:

• With mixer blend egg yolks, 1 t. salt., 2 T. sugar, and 2 T., vinegar.
• Very slowly add 1 cup oil, a few drops at a time, and mix thoroughly.
• Add remaining oil, a little faster but be careful to blend each addition before adding more oil.
• When all oil has been added, add 4 T. Vinegar.
• Now put remaining ingredients in a saucepan and cook to a smooth paste.
• Add this hot mixture to the mayonnaise and blend well.
• Pour in a container & cool in the refrigerator.
• Makes slightly more than 1 quart.

MARSHMALLOW SURPRISE!!

Steps:

• In serving bowl mix all ingredients together well. If fluff doesn't blend well, nuke a few seconds or set outside your fallout shelter overnight, loosely covered.
• Refrigerate for at least an hour.
• Use as a fruit dip-bananas, apples, cantaloupe; or for mortar.
• *Be sure to use non-irradiated oranges for the zest.
