Yield 24 Bars

Number Of Ingredients 8

1c sugar
3/4c butter, softened
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1pkg Ande's Mint Chips

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350oF. In large bowl, beat sugar, butter, vanilla and egg with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Reserve 3/4c dough for topping. Press remaining dough in ungreased 13x9 pan. 2. Sprinkle mints to cover dough. Crumble reserved dough over mints. 3. Bake 20 to 23 minutes or until light brown. Cool completely to set chocolate, about 45 minutes.
