KETO MINI BURGER BITES
How about low carb keto mini burger bites? These not only make great snacks or appetizers but perfect for lunch or dinner too. These are so easy to prepare and taste amazing.

- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, coconut aminos sauce, garlic powder, basil, oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Form the meat mixture into 18 small hamburger patties.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the mini hamburgers until they reach your preferred level of doneness. You may need to cook the meat in 2 different batches.
- Top each of the cooked mini burgers with a ¼ of a slice of cheese.
- Fold half of a bibb lettuce leaf and place it on top of the hamburger patties, top the lettuce leaf with a pickle chip and then half of a cherry tomato. Place a toothpick down the center of the burger to hold everything in place.
BACON CHEESEBURGER BITES

- Heat a skillet with a lid over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook, turning occasionally, until crisp, about 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix together the ground beef, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce and garlic in a small bowl until well combined. Divide the mixture into 6 equal mini patties. Set aside.
- Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside. Add the burger bites and cook until well browned all over and cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Add 2 of the quartered pieces of cheese to the top of each bite and cover the skillet with the lid. Allow the cheese to melt, 1 minute. Remove the bites to a plate.
- Tear each bacon piece into bite-size pieces. Start building up the bites by placing a piece of bacon on top of each patty, then a couple of folded leaves of spinach, a couple of pickles, a dollop of your favorite burger condiment, and a half a tomato, securing it all with a toothpick or small skewer. Repeat with the remaining ingredients until all the bites are built, and serve.

- Divide a tube of refrigerated French bread dough into 12 pieces; roll into balls and place in oiled mini-muffin cups. Brush with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350 degrees F until golden, about 15 minutes. Remove from the pan and let cool. Form 1 pound ground beef into twelve 2-inch patties, place on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake 15 minutes. Split the buns; fill with the patties, sliced cheddar cheese, pickles, ketchup and mustard.

- Shape beef into twelve 1-in. patties. Place on a microwave-safe plate lined with paper towels. Cover with another paper towel; microwave on high for 1 minute until meat is no longer pink. Cut each slice of cheese into fourths; set aside., Using a 1-in. round cookie cutter, cut out 6 circles from each slice of bread. Spread half the bread circles with dressing. Layer with burgers, cheese, onions, pickles and tomatoes. Top with remaining bread circles; secure with toothpicks.
