1 to 2 cups fresh watermelon juice
3/4 cup silver tequila
2 tablespoons triple sec
Juice of 1 lime
Simple syrup
1 bottle chilled cava

Steps:

  • Combine the watermelon juice, tequila, triple sec and lime juice in a pitcher and add simple syrup to taste. Fill 4 chilled Champagne flutes halfway with the margarita and top off with the chilled cava.

8 ounces orange juice
Dry Champagne
2 ounces Triple Sec or other orange liqueur
4 curls orange peel

Steps:

  • Rinse and chill Champagne flutes in freezer to frost glasses. Pour 2 ounces of orange juice into each flute, about 1/3 of the flute. Fill almost to the rim with Champagne. Top each glass with a splash of orange liqueur and garnish with a curl of orange peel.

1 (12 ounce) can apricot-mango nectar
1 (12 ounce) can pineapple juice
¾ cup cold water
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1 (750 milliliter) bottle cold champagne

Steps:

  • Stir together apricot nectar, pineapple juice, water, and orange juice concentrate in a large pitcher until combined. Pour in bottle of sparkling wine just before serving.
