Steps:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius (fan-forced) and line two baking trays with baking paper.
- Place the butter and caster sugar into the bowl of an electric mixer and mix on a medium-high speed for 5 - 6 minutes or until pale and creamy.
- Reduce to a medium speed and add the condensed milk. Mix for 1 minute.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix to combine. The mixture will start to stick together - this is normal.
- Use a teaspoon to scoop up the mixture and roll into balls. Place onto your prepared baking trays and lightly flatten with a fork. Repeat until all of the mixture has been used.
- Place the trays into the oven and bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until the biscuits being to lightly brown on the edges.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking trays for 15 minutes before carefully transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

MILO BISCUITS
These are quick and easy to make. They got the thumbs up from my hubby and kids. I'm not sure if you can get Milo outside of Oz, but if you can't it's a powdered malt drink. Enjoy! Times and yield are an approximate.
