Steps:
- Place butter in 9-inch square glass baking dish. On HIGH: Melt butter. Add mushrooms, onions and garlic. Stir to coat. Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
- Add rice, chicken broth and wine (if used). Cook uncovered, until rice is tender (about 20 to 30 minutes). Stir once halfway through cooking. If rice isn't moist enough, add more broth towards the end.
- Remove from microwave. Stir in Cheddar. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley if desired.

- In a bowl, combine the rice, water, tomatoes and bouillon and mix.
- Pour into a greased microwave dish.
- Cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the sour cream and 1/2 cup of cheese and mix.
- Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Cover and microwave for 45 seconds or until cheese is melted.

- Place all ingredients in a large glass measuring or any microwave safe bowl. Note: the rice expands during cooking, so be sure to choose a container that is large enough. Microwave on high, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Microwave on medium-low, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Do not stir the rice at any time during the cooking process. Season with salt and fluff with a fork just before serving.

Steps:
- Put cooked rice in a microwaveable bowl large enough to fit the rice and to mix all the ingredients in it.
- Add the butter. Place bowl in microwave for 15 seconds.
- Remove bowl from microwave, mix rice and add the cheeses. Place in microwave one more time until the cheeses have melted (make sure to cover the bowl so you dont make a mess! :P).
- Mix well and taste. Add salt if needed!

- Microwave the eggs and the rice again for approximately 1-2 minutes, until the eggs are fully cooked.
- Break up the egg into small bits, then mix it in with the rice.
