1/2 cup(s) butter
1/3 cup(s) unsweetned baking cocoa
1/4 cup(s) brown sugar
1/4 cup(s) milk
3 1/2 cup(s) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
30 - caramels
1 teaspoon(s) water
2 cup(s) salted peanuts
1/2 cup(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup(s) milk chocolate chips

Steps:

  • In micro-safe bowl, combine butter, cocoa, brown sugar and milk. Microwave on high until mixture boils, about 3 minutes. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Pour into a greased 8-inch pan. In another micro-safe bowl melt caramels with water for 2 minutes, or until melted. Stir in peanuts; spread on chocolate layer. Microwave semi-sweet and milk chocolate till melted and pour over caramel layer. Chill until firm.

1/2 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup milk
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
30 caramel candies, unwrapped
2 tablespoons water
2 cups unsalted peanuts
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Combine first 4 ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high for 3 minutes or until mixture boils, stirring after one minute. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla; pour into a buttered 8x8" baking dish and set aside.
  • Heat caramels and water in another microwave-safe bowl on high 2 minutes or until melted, stirring after 1 minute; stir in peanuts. Spread over chocolate mixture; set aside.
  • Microwave chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl on high 1 minute, stirring until melted. Pour evenly over caramel layer. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.

⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup milk
3 ½ cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
30 individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
1 tablespoon water
2 cups salted peanuts
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup milk chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter, cocoa powder, brown sugar and milk. Microwave until mixture boils. Stir in confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract. Pour into prepared pan.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave caramels and water until caramels melt. Stir in peanuts. Spread mixture over chocolate layer.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine semisweet and milk chocolate chips; microwave until melted. Spread over caramel layer. Chill for 2 hours, or until firm.

Steps:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter, cocoa, brown sugar and milk. Microwave on high until mixture boils, about 2 minutes. Stir in confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Cook on high 1 more minute. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread in a 9x9 inch pan that has been lined with foil. Melt caramels and water on medium for 4-5 minutes. Stir in nuts. Spread over fudge. Melt chocolate chips on medium for 2 1/2-3 minutes.Spread atop caramel. Chill till firm.
