MICKEY OREO COOKIE POPS RECIPE
Calling all Disney lovers! These adorable Mickey Mouse Cookie Pops are perfect for birthday parties, gearing up for your Disney vacation, or just to spread a little Disney magic.

Steps:
- Arrange the oreos in a "Mickey Mouse" shape on a wax-lined baking sheet, with one regular oreo as the face and each half of a mini oreo as the "ears"
- Melt chocolate according to package directions.
- Dip each cake pop stick into the chocolate, and then through the center of the oreo. Dip each half of the mini oreo in the chocolate and secure it in between the sides of the regular oreo.
- Place back on the baking sheet and let the chocolate harden in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the freezer, and using a spoon, coat each Mickey Mouse oreo completely in chocolate.
- Place back on the backing sheet (or in a cake pop holder) and let the chocolate harden. (You can also place them back in the freezer for a quicker set up).

- Place 8-10 Double Stuf Oreos onto a large piece of Parchment Paper on countertop. Take 2 chocolate wafers per Oreo and gently press on top to make the "EARS." Take a cake pop stick and gently twist into bottom of Oreo cream. Don't push hard or cookie will crack. Twist nice and slow to get no cracking.
- Once stick and EARS are in place melt wafers following package directions. When smooth and melted Use the back of a spoon to carefully cover both sides and ears of each Oreo. Remove any excess chocolate once Oreo is fully covered. Top with sprinkles of your choice then lay flat on parchment paper to set.
- You can use themed/colored sprinkles for any occasion such as Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, Baby Showers and Birthday Parties. Have fun!

- Begin by carefully separating all of the Oreos. You can use an icing spreader to make this an easier task. Insert the icing spreader into the middle of cookie directly under one of the wafers and carefully loosen the wafer from the cream filling so that you can separate them.
- **You'll only need 24 mini Oreos pieces, but using 24 will give you 48. So that there isn't any waste, you can make double stuff mini oreos with the remaining pieces. If you would prefer, you could just use 12 and throw away the cream filling. It's up to you.**
- Using a lollipop stick, remove some of the cream filling where you want the lollipop stick to lay so that it is flush inside of the filling. This will allow you to put the other cookie on top and keep the desired thickness of the Oreo.
- Melt the red candy melts in the microwave according to the directions on the package. Dip the cream lined cookie piece in the red candy melt about halfway. You can use the writing on the cookies as a guide. Put on wax paper or parchment paper. Place the lollipop stick in the space you cleared out with the lollipop stick earlier. Dip the other half of the cookie in the red candy melts halfway and carefully place on the other half of the cookie you placed on the wax or parchment paper. You can place in the refrigerator to quicken the hardening process or just leave out on the counter. (See notes for alternate method.)

- Using a knife, split mini oreos and remove cream center so you know have 24 mini Oreo pieces. Pour pink sprinkles into a small bowl. Melt almond bark in a microwave safe bowl in 20 second intervals, stirring after each interval until melted and smooth.
- Follow directions listed above, omitting conversation heart and using red sprinkles in place of pink. Pipe two small buttons with melted almond bark rather than polka dots.
