RICE MEATBALLS
"I first made these meatballs when our children were small, and they just loved them," notes Mary Kelso of Hannibal, Missouri. "I occasionally use cream of mushroom soup instead of tomato soup, and that variation is delicious, too."

CURRIED CHICKEN MEATBALL WRAPS
My strategy to get picky kids to eat healthy: Letting everyone assemble their dinner at the table. We love these easy meatball wraps, topped with crunchy veggies and peanuts, sweet raisins, and a creamy dollop of yogurt. -Jennifer Beckman, Falls Church, Virginia

Posted by Anna Bongiorno in Cuisine By the Sea, The Avon School. I found this book sale and want to make this recipe from it someday. It didn't say how long to bake but I will guess 30 minutes, it merely says to bake until golden brown.
