MAYA'S SUPER YUMMY SECRET SAUCE.
This is a really easy to make. really high in taste sauce. good for dipping fries, chips, veggies. also good on wraps, burgers, sandwiches. it's easy to make. it's a kid (and grown up) pleaser. this sauce is a must when we bbq. Your kid or teen will enjoy making this recipe.

- whisk first 4 ingredients together.
- add a little of the hot sauce.
- taste.
- add more hot sauce if needed -- if its too hot add a little more miracle whip.
MY SECRET SHRIMP SAUCE RECIPE
Ok! here is my secret recipe for shrimp sauce. I have had many request for it. This recipe is not only good for shrimp or other seafoods but is also good for most anything your heart desires. Some examples are... fried rice,a salad dressing for salads,egg rolls, raw vegetables and just plain old chips. Keep chilled up to 2weeks, best flavor is the next day after making. My family loves it on everything. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Steps:
- In a blender or food processor, add all the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- Store in a glass jar with lid.
- Chill for a hour or overnight before serving.
- Keep in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
- NOTE: If you want it to be alittle more of a hotter taste, add alittle more Tabasco sauce and another dash of white pepper.
SEVEN SISTERS SECRET SAUCE!!
A superb sauce with that Middle Eastern flavour from the Tahini. My six sisters-in-law tried to decide what was in the sauce! Hence the name...me being the seventh sister! Delicious in chicken sandwiches, over grilled meats and also as a dip.

- Put natural yogurt, mayonnaise and Tahini sauce in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Add mustard, honey, lemon and stir.
- Salt and pepper.
- Add any of the ingredients again to suit your taste.
SUPER EASY, SUPER YUMMY SNACK!
This is something my brother and I used to eat all the time when we were kids. I don't know if this is something we invented or if people actually eat crackers this way anyway! It's so yummy and a great mid-afternoon snack.

- Butter 1 side of the first cracker and set aside.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of ketchup on the other cracker.
- Place the buttered cracker on top of the one with ketchup, like a sandwich and lightly press together to stick.
