ULTIMATE MASHED POTATOES RECIPE BY TASTY
Who doesn't love potatoes? I mean, come on. Fry 'em, dice 'em, slice 'em, or bake 'em, there's nothing better than a well-seasoned iteration of a potato. This time, we're mashing 'em. And not only are we mashing them, we're loading 'em up with all sorts of tantalizing flavors to give you, what we proudly call, the Ultimate Mashed Potato. It's an experience, trust us.

Steps:
- On a cutting board, peel the potatoes. Place the potatoes in a large bowl of cold water after peeling to avoid discoloration.
- Cut the potatoes into 1-inch (2 cm) cubes.
- Add the potatoes to a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 12 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, bring the milk, heavy cream, and garlic to a simmer over low heat.
- Remove the pot from the heat and strain the cream through a fine mesh sieve.
- Drain the potatoes in a colander and transfer back to the pot.
- Mash the potatoes with a potato masher, potato ricer, or by pushing through a fine mesh sieve with a spatula.
- Add the cubed cold butter and salt. Stir to combine.
- Gradually add the cream mixture to the potatoes, little by little, until fully incorporated.
- Top with freshly ground black pepper and sprinkle with chives and serve.

EGG MASALA FRY RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: oil, mustard seed, urad dal, cumin, curry leaf, chili powder, ground coriander, salt, turmeric, hard-boiled eggs

Steps:
- Heat some oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. Once it crackles, add urad dal, jeera, and curry leaves.
- Add chilli powder, daniya powder, salt and turmeric and mix.
- Cut the boiled eggs in half and add it to the masala and let it cook on low heat for a few minutes. Flip the eggs carefully and cook the other side too.
- Make sure the eggs are coated well on both sides with the masala. Turn off heat.
- Enjoy!

- Wash bulgur in a bowl, drain, and cover with warm water.
- Set aside.
- Place onion in container of food processor and process until pureed.
- Remove half and set aside.
- Add half of meat and half of seasonings.
- Cover and process to a paste.
- Remove cover and scrape mixture into large bowl.
- Repeat with the rest of the onion, meat and spices.
- Mix it all together well.
- Drain bulgur and squeeze out excess liquid-you can use a clean dish towel or just your hands.
- Divide meat mixture in half.
- Place half of mixture in container of food processor.
- Sprinkle a few ice chips (if using) over and add half of the bulgur.
- Process until well mixed, scrape into a large bowl.
- Repeat with remaining meat, ice chips and bulgur.
- Smooth prepared kibbeh onto platter with fingertips that have been dipped into water.
- Make a criss-cross indentation over surface with side of your hand.
- Pour some olive oil over entire surface, surround platter with scallions, parsley and mint sprigs.
- Serve with pita bread, pickles and radishes.
- Or serve oil and while scallions, mint sprigs in a separate bowl.
- (ALTERNATIVE WAY TO MAKE,is to grind the meat in a meat grinder with the fine disk two times. Grate the onion with a fine grater. Mix the meat onions and spices together in a large bowl. Add the bulgur and knead together for about 15 minutes until it is li).
- VARIATION TO SERVE- Pinch off aout 2-inch pieces of mixture and shape into cylinders.
- Roll in the chopped parsley and scalions.

- In a large pot, cover the potatoes completely with cool water and add 1 tablespoon of the salt. Cover and b ring to a boil. Remove the cover and reduce the heat to medium, cooking the potatoes until they are soft and mashable, about 15 minutes.
- Rinse the bulgur twice in a small bowl, letting the bulgur settle for a few seconds before pouring off the water. Add enough fresh water just to cover the bulgur. Soak it for 30 minutes, or until the bulgur is softened, and then drain if needed. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Drain the potatoes, putting . them back on low heat in the pot to steam off any residual water. Off the heat, mash the potatoes with 4 tablespoons of the butter and the softened bulgur, 1/2 teaspoon of the salt, few grinds pepper, and the onion powder. Set aside to cool.
- In a large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion with 1/2 teaspoon salt, and cook them until they are soft and translucent, but not browned. Add the chopped spinach, season with another 1/2 teaspoon salt and some pepper, the cinnamon, and the dried mint, adding a tablespoon of olive oil if the mixture seems dry. Stir in the chickpeas and lemon juice. Taste and adjust the seasonings until the mixture tastes lemony and delicious.

- Soak the bulgar wheat in water for 40 minutes to 1 hour. The bulgar should be soft when ready. Drain the bulgar wheat.
- Split the meat into three batches. Ground the first two in a food processor and place them in a bowl. Put the third batch in the food processor along with the onion and spices and process. Add this mixture to the rest of the ground meat.
