Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) jar of chopped green olives, drained and reserve juice
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 minced garlic cloves
4 green onions, chopped both tops and green
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt (optional)
1 (4 ounce) can of chopped jalapenos (optional)

Steps:

Combine all ingredients and blend until well mixed.
If needed you can add sparingly the juice from the olives - or even add vodka.
Chill for an hour.
Serve.

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
3/4 cup pimiento stuffed olives, chopped
1 Tablespoon olive juice
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, olive juice, onion powder, garlic powder, and half of the blue cheese. Use a hand mixer on medium speed to fully combine the ingredients.
Stir in the chopped olives and remaining blue cheese by hand.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, surround it with your favorite dippers, and enjoy!

1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 heaping tbls mayonnaise
1 8 oz jar of green olives, drained and chopped - reserve juice
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 minced garlic cloves
4 green onions, chopped both tops and green
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (4 ounce) cans of chopped jalapenos (juice drained)

Steps:

1. Combine all ingredients and blend until well mixed. If needed you can add the juice from the olives or even add vodka. Chill for an hour.
2. Serve in a martini glass with olive garnish on toothpick. Great with bagel chips, pita chips or Ritz crackers.

This is a very flavorful and robust dip that can be served with crudites' or with crackers, bagel chips, sesame sticks or any other crispy snack you may have on hand. A friend brought this to work, having purchased it at a gourmet store and everyone raved about it. I decided to try a "homemade" version and now my office has me make it once or twice a month and says it's better than the store-bought by a long shot! It should be made the night before, to let the flavors meld, or at least, in the morning for an evening serve.

Ingredients

3 -4 green onions, chopped (use entire onion)
2 teaspoons chopped garlic (I use the pre-chopped garlic, in liquid, and add a little of the liquid)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
7 ounces of good quality martini olives, chopped (I used jalepeno stuffed olives, but you can use feta stuffed olives, garlic stuffed olives, or just )
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 ounce grey goose vodka (optional)

Steps:

Mix first 6 ingredients together and allow flavors to mix for one hour.
Add softened cream cheese and mix well. Use reserved olive liquid to thin if dip is too thick.
Chill overnight.
Serve in Martini glass with a skewer of additional olives or pearl onions, surrounded by raw veggies or crackers of your choice.
**This recipe can be made low fat, by using fat free cream cheese**.

Ice
4 shots (6 ounces) vodka
2 shots (3 ounces) olive brine
Splash sweet vermouth
4 pitted jumbo green olives
2 ounces blue cheese

Steps:

Fill a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Add the vodka, olive brine and vermouth. Shake what your mama gave you. Pour into two chilled martini glasses.
Stuff each olive with a small piece of blue cheese. Thread the stuffed olives onto two toothpicks and place in the martini glasses.
