GRILLED RIBEYES WITH HERB BUTTER

- In a shallow dish, combine the first 8 ingredients. Add the steaks and turn to coat. Cover; refrigerate overnight., Drain and discard marinade. Combine the steak seasonings; sprinkle over steaks., Grill steaks, covered, over medium heat or broil 3-4 in. from the heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°)., For herb butter, in a small bowl, beat the butter, parsley and horseradish until blended. Spoon 1 tablespoon herb butter over each steak.

- 1. In large Ziploc bag add steaks, wine, soy sauce, Worcestershire, and ginger. Place in refrigerator and turn every fifteen minutes for one hour.
- 2. In medium bowl stir together butter, onion powder, garlic, oregano, basil, parsley and chives.
- 3. Preheat grill and cook to desired liking. Top with one tablespoon butter during last minute of cooking. Remove, cover and plate for ten minutes. Top with another tablespoon of butter right before serving.

- Whisk the vegetable oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, and pepper together in a bowl until combined.
- To use the marinade, place the meat in the bag, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours. Discard the marinade after it has been used.
