- Using lime wedges, moisten the rims of 6 margarita or cocktail glasses. Set aside lime wedges for garnish. Sprinkle sugar on a plate; hold each glass upside down and dip rim into sugar. Set aside. Discard remaining sugar on plate., Scoop ice cream and sherbet into prepared glasses. Combine soda, lime juice and tequila; pour into glasses. Garnish with reserved lime wedges. Serve immediately.

- Pour the tequila into a tall glass. Add the mango and raspberry sorbet and the lime juice. Top with the lemon-lime soda and stir.
LIME RICKY FLOAT MARGARITA
Steps:
- Combine the tequila, lime juice, agave nectar, maraschino liqueur and cherries in a blender and blend a few times to coarsely chop the cherries.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour the cherry mixture into the shaker and shake well.
- Put a scoop of sorbet into 4 margarita glasses. Strain the cherry mixture over the top. Add a splash of club soda and garnish with fresh cherries and mint sprigs.

- Chill 8 glasses. In a pitcher stir together the limeade, tequila, and triple sec. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Stir the tonic into the limeade mixture. Place 1 scoop of sherbet into each of the glasses, and stir in the limeade mix.
