Another good one from Toronto Chef Michael Bonacini. Not your ordinary meat loaf, its great with his Macaroni & Cheese and a green vegetable for a "retro" dinner!!!!

MORNING MAPLE MUFFINS
Maple combines with a subtle touch of cinnamon and nuts to give these muffins the flavor of a hearty pancake breakfast. But you don't have to sit down to enjoy them. Our 2-year-old comes back for seconds, and even my husband-who doesn't normally like muffins-likes these. -Elizabeth Talbot, Lexington, Kentucky

EASY MINI MEATLOAF MUFFINS
Homemade meatloaf with a yummy sweet twist. I didn't have any breadcrumbs for the traditional meatloaf, so I searched my cabinets and came up with this meatloaf. It was a huge hit with the kids. It's sweet but still a meatloaf. The cornmeal and brown sugar just made it out of this world! Also, once cooked, they are very easy to store and pack up for leftovers. Serve with some smashed potatoes and green beans.

MAPLE MEATLOAF
I decided to experiment a little with meatloaf, since I don't cook often, I tend to experiment when I do. The kids loved it, which is odd for them. I find it works well in a cast-iron dutchoven.
