MANDARIN ORANGE AND LEMON SMOOTHIE
This smoothie I stumbled upon this morning when randomly grabbing ingredients to shove in my blender. Wow! It totally slapped me in the face. What a great way to wake up!

- 1. Place ice in blender and pulse to break up slightly. Add yogurt, orange slices, juice and milk to blend. Add remaining juice of the lemon, banana, flax, wheat germ and benefiber and blend to desired consistency. Serve immediately. Can serve over additional ice if you want this to be super cold.

If you want it to be thicker, like a smoothie, use less ice / liquid... I used the amounts listed. Or you can replace the water with milk or juice, and add a drop of orange extract for stronger flavor.

KEFIR JUICE DRINK (LIKE DRINKABLE YOGURT)
I got this recipe from welltellme.com. I started making kefir, but it's quite tangy and this makes it easy to drink and is quite refreshing. You use it when it's runny (thicker than milk though), not thick like yogurt, to make this drink. I used maple syrup and grape juice and it was great!
