2 ounces Maker's Mark bourbon
6 local raspberries
8 fresh mint leaves
Ginger beer
Lime wheel, for garnish

Steps:

Shake bourbon, raspberries, and mint over ice and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wheel.

Fill a cocktail glass with ice, then add the bourbon and lime juice. Stir, top with a splash of ginger beer to taste and a splash of club soda if using to taste and garnish with the lime wedge and mint.
