HAM AND SWISS QUICHE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare homemade pie crust or use purchased refrigerated or frozen pie crust, and set aside. (No need to cook the crust before filling with quiche mixture.)
- In a medium bowl, place half-and-half, eggs, honey mustard, flour, salt, thyme, and pepper and beat until combined.
- Layer the cooked and cubed ham, Swiss cheese, and spinach in the prepared pie crust. Pour the egg mixture slowly into the pie crust and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake the quiche for 40 to 50 minutes until crust is golden and filling is set. Let stand for 5 minutes, then cut into wedges to serve.

Steps:
- Beat the eggs and milk together. Set aside.
- Add the dill, salt and pepper and flour to the cheese and mix completely.
- Saute the mushrooms until the give up all their liquid.
- Spray the sides and bottom of an 8" square casserole or cake pan with vegetable spray.
- Add the mushrooms and Krab to the bottom of the pan, distributing evenly.
- Add the cheese mixture.
- Carefully pour the milk and eggs into the dish.
- Bake at 375F for 50 - 60 minutes. Use an instant read thermometer and remove from oven when dish reaches 170F degrees.

Good 1 dish meal for potlucks--very versatile--you can use your imagination and add many other ingredients to make it different. I often add mushrooms and do with bread crumbs.

Steps:
- Cook noodles; drain and set aside.
- Brown meat; drain.
- Add tomato sauce to beef; remove from heat.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, onions and peppers.
- Butter a casserole dish and spread 1/2 the noodles in the bottom.
- Cover noodles with 1/2 the cheese mixture, then 1/2 the meat mixture, then 1 more layer of noodles, then cheese mixture and then meat mixture.
- Pour 2 tablespoons butter over top; press down slightly.
- Bake at 375° for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minute.
- If drier casserole is desired, cook 15 minutes longer.
