30-MINUTE STEAK STIR FRY RECIPE
This 30-minute Steak stir fry recipe is filling, tasty, and brimming with veggies. It's the perfect addition to your weeknight dinners.

Steps:
- In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and ginger to create the stir fry marinade. Set aside.
- Chop the bell peppers into strips and cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion into half rings and chop the green onion
- Slicing against the grain, cut the Steak into thin strips.
- Preheat a wok or deep-frying pan with oil. Add veggies (except green onion) and cook on medium-high until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same wok or pan, add Beef strips over high-heat until the Beef turns golden brown.
- Add cooked veggies and green onions back into the wok with Beef. Pour the marinade in, give it a good toss, and cook on low for 2-4 minutes or until sauce slightly thickens.
- Serve as-is or along with your favorite side. Enjoy!

Steps:
- In a medium bowl mix all ingredients except the oil and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
- In a wok or large pan heat the oil over medium high heat.
- Add the seafood mixture and stir fry until done, about 5 minutes.
- Enjoy with seasoned rice or salad if low carbing.

- -In a 10" skillet or wok heat the oil;add the prepared vegetables.
- -Cook,stirring quickly& frequently until vegies are crisp tender& onions are browned.
- -Stirin the beef strips,cook till desired doneness.
- -Ina small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, stirring to dissolve the cornstarch; add to the beef mixture& cook stirring constantly until sauce is thickened, 2-3 minutes.

- Brown Beef: Toss sliced beef in large bowl with corn starch until well-coated; set aside. Heat oil in pan over medium heat for a few minutes or until hot. Add sliced beef and cook until browned (Note 6), less than 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Transfer beef to plate.
- Cook Broccoli: Add broccoli florets and beef broth to now-empty pan. Stirring occasionally, simmer until broccoli is tender, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, proceed to next step to prepare sauce.
- Make Sauce: Add all sauce ingredients to saucepan. Stir together over medium-low heat until starting to simmer, about 5 minutes. Keep sauce warm over low heat while waiting for broccoli to cook.
- Finish & Serve: Once broccoli is tender, return beef to pan and pour sauce on top. Stir until everything is coated with sauce. Bring to simmer and cook for a few minutes. Serve (Note 7).
