LOW CARB SAVORY ITALIAN GRILLED CHICKEN
This is such a delicious way to fix chicken! Great for summer time dinners, or anytime for that matter :). Hopefully you enjoy it!

Steps:
- To grill, skin chicken breasts and rub in pepper to taste.
- Blend basil, olive oil, butter, garlic and parmesan cheese at low speed using an electric blender, chopper or processor till smooth.
- Baste chicken lightly with mixture.
- Grill over medium coals basting during cooking time with basil sauce.
- During this time add the rosemary branches to coals for added smoke flavor.
- Do this 2 or 3 times.
- Grill 10 minutes each side depending on barbecue temperature.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve this grilled chicken recipe with rice or Italian pasta.

LOW CARB BALSAMIC CHICKEN
I haven't tried this recipe yet,it looks good to me. I'm trying more low carb recipes,and decided to put a few of them in here,so I could keep track of them,and other low carbers can try them!

Steps:
- Rinse and dry chicken.
- Mix all seasonings in small bowl.
- Place chicken in large bowl.
- Drizzle chicken with olive oil and rub with seasoning mix.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 450 degree.
- Spray heavy roasting pan with cooking spray.
- Place chicken in pan, bake 10 min.
- Turn chicken over,stirring in 3 to 4 Tbs.
- water,if drippings stick.
- Bake 10 more min.
- If pan is dry,stir in 1 to 2 Tbs.
- water to loosen drippings.
- (I'd cook this chicken longer,at least 30 min. total.) or until chicken is browned,and no longer pink in center.
- Drizzle Balsamic over chicken in pan.
- Transfer chicken to large plate.
- Stir pan drippings,drizzle over chicken.

SAVORY GRILLED CHICKEN
So good. Can freeze before cooking in marinade. Then just pull out of freezer when you want a quick grilled main dish. Also can use boneless breast or thighs adjusting cooking time.

Steps:
- Place chicken in a large glass baking dish.
- In a bowl stir together rest of ingredients until well blended.
- Reserve 1/2 cup of marinade for basting chicken during cooking.
- Pour remaining marinade over chicken.
- Cover & refrigerate at least 1 hour (longer is better).
- Remove chicken from marinade.
- Discard marinade.
- Grill turning & basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
- Cook about 40-50 minutes or until juices run clear.

- Take one packet of Mesquite marinade and mix 1/4 cup of oil and 1/4 cup of water. Marinade the chicken for two hours.
