- Puree the chopped tomatoes in a blender or with a handheld stick blender.
- Add the tomatoes, italian seasoning, salt, and garlic powder to a small saucepan. Set it over medium-low heat.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, for 25 minutes, or until reduced and thickened.

Keto Pizza Sauce is very simple to make and it requires so little effort to make it so delicious. It's made from only a few ingredients and it is a "no cook" sauce, but at the same time tastes like you cooked it for hours.

- The first thing to do is to get a bowl to mix your ingredients in.
- Open your can of crushed tomatoes and pour them into your bowl.
- Now open up your can of tomato paste and add, blend thoroughly.
- The last step is to add your spices, oregano, salt and pepper, in no special order to add them. Stir well.

- In a medium sauce pan, over low heat, combine all ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.

LOW CARB PIZZA
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Make the crust: Generously spray 2 (12-inch) pizza pans with nonstick vegetable oil cooking spray. In a medium bowl, stir together all of the crust ingredients to make a smooth, thick, pancake-like batter. Using a rubber spatula, spread the batter as thin and evenly as possible over the 2 pans.
- Place pizza crusts on center racks of the oven and bake for about 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly golden brown and firm to touch.
- Remove crusts from oven and increase the oven temperature to 400 degrees F.
- Meanwhile, make the sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, heat olive oil and then sweat onions and garlic in oil, cooking just until softened and translucent. Add diced tomatoes and the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Compile the pizzas: Spread the tomato sauce and then the mozzarella cheese evenly over both crusts. Top 1 pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and ham, and top the other with the bell pepper strips, onions, and mushrooms. Lightly sprinkle 1 tablespoon olive oil over each pizza, and sprinkle each with a dash of dried oregano.
- Place the pizzas back in the oven to bake for another 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese melts and starts to brown. Cut each pizza into 8 slices.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Add cream, parmesan, chives, Italian seasoning and garlic.
- Spray 9X13 pan with cooking spray or oil.
- Place 2 cups mozzarella cheese in bottom of pan.
- Pour egg mixture over cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and spread sauce over baked mixture.
- Add toppings of choice.
- Cover with remaining mozzerella cheese.
- Bake until bubbly and brown.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.

- 1. Place tomato paste in a small mixing bowl. Add water, using some of the water to rinse the last of the paste out of the cans. Stir well. (I whisk it with a fork.).
- 2. Add seasonings and stir again. You will have a very thick pizza sauce; add more water if you like a thinner sauce.
- 3. Refrigerate leftovers up to one week; freeze for up to a year.
