KETO MOZZARELLA CHEESE STICKS
Keto mozzarella sticks are an easy, kid-friendly, low-carb snack or appetizer. Keep some of these gluten-free cheese sticks in the freezer for a quick bite any time.

Steps:
- Cut string cheese in half crosswise.
- Beat 1 egg in small bowl. Set aside.
- Place almond flour, Parmesan cheese, coconut flour, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt in zipper sandwich bag. Shake bag to blend.
- Dip each piece of mozzarella into the beaten egg and then coat by shaking in the sandwich bag. Freeze for at least one hour.
- Heat oil in small frying pan to at least half inch high. Temperature of oil should be about 325-375°F. Higher temperatures tend to brown too quickly with cheese melting out. Air frying works too using a temperature of about 370 to 400°F for about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Cook each coated piece of mozzarella in the hot oil until browned on all sides. Enjoy!

LOW CARB MOZZARELLA STICKS

Steps:
- Cut the cheese sticks in half. Then crack the egg into a small bowl and beat it until it is all mixed together. Measure out the Parmesan cheese into another bowl. Add the basil and garlic powder to the Parmesan cheese and whisk together to combine.
- Dip your cut mozzarella piece into the Parmesan mixture first, then into the egg, and then again into the Parmesan. Place the dipped mozzarella stick onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat until you've dipped all the mozzarella pieces. Put the baking sheets into the freezer for an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400. Bake the frozen mozzarella sticks for 8-10 minutes, flipping once halfway through. Serve hot with tomato sauce if desired. Enjoy!

- Set stove top to about medium temp, put your oil in your pan.
- Beat two eggs in a bowl. Mix grated Parmesan, garlic powder together.
- Cut string cheese into halves.
- Dip the string cheese into the egg mixture, then in your Parmesan mixture.
- (Add the flour to the dry mixture.) Then repeat dipping in egg and cheese.
- Fry the cheese for about 5 minutes or until golden brown and ENJOY!

- Transfer the crumb mixture into a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and water, until combined.
- Moving quickly, dip each cheese stick in the egg mixture, followed by the dry mixture, and repeat once more. Place the coated mozzarella cheese sticks and place them on a lined plate. Place them in the freezer for two hours.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of oil into a non-stick pan and place over medium heat. Once hot, remove the cheese sticks from the freezer and place them in the sizzling oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes, before flipping and cooking for a further 3 minutes, or until golden brown.
