3 1/2 cups flour (you can use half whole wheat, half white)
1-2 cups water (warm )
2 tablespoons yeast
2 tablespoons honey
¼ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil ( or Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
2 tablespoons garlic (chopped )
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup cream (heavy )
1 tablespoon parsley (chopped fresh)
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1/2 can artichoke hearts (drained, and sauteed)
2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless cooked (with salt and pepper) and shredded)
4 slices turkey bacon (cooked and chopped)
1-2 cups cheese (Part Skim Mozzarella, shredded)

Steps:

  • For dough- place warm water, yeast, honey, olive oil, and salt in a large bowl or mixer (if you have a dough hook).
  • Add warm water a couple tablespoons at a time and mix until you have a nice smooth dough.
  • Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a sauce pan over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic, and cook until fragrant.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix the cornstarch with the water, and stir into the sauce.
  • Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 3 minutes.
  • Roll out the pizza dough and spread the creamy garlic sauce over the crust.
  • Sprinkle the chicken, artichokes and bacon over the pizza and top with cheese
  • Bake 10-15 min at 500 degrees or until cheese is bubbly

4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
4 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
1 Cup Mozzarella, shredded
Garlic White Sauce Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1 Egg Yolk
2 Teaspoons Garlic, minced
Toppings:
1 1/2 Cups Chicken, cooked and diced
1/2 Cup Green Onions, diced
1 1/2 Cups Artichoke Hearts, chopped
3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Let's make the Crust first. Blend all of the Crust ingredients (except the Mozzarella Cheese) together with a hand mixer. When well combined, stir in the Mozzarella Cheese. 3. Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Spread the Crust mixture evenly into the pan. and Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is slightly golden on the sides and top. 4. When the Crust is done, remove from oven and allow to cool. Turn up the oven to 425 degrees to preheat for baking the Pizza. 5. Now we are going to make our Garlic White Sauce. In a medium size mixing bowl, combine the Ricotta, Olive Oil, Cream, Sour Cream, and Garlic with a hand mixer. When well blended add the Egg Yolk and continue to mix for 1-2 minutes. 6. Evenly spread the White Garlic Sauce on the Pizza Crust, then add the Chicken, Artichokes and Green Onion. Top all with the Parmesan Cheese 7. Bake the Pizza in the preheated 425 degree oven for about 15 minutes or until the Cheese is melted and slightly browned. All ovens cook differently so check your Pizza to ensure it doesn't overcook. 1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ (14 ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
4 (8 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Microwave spinach in a medium bowl until warmed through, 2 to 3 minutes. Let cool slightly and squeeze to remove excess moisture.
  • Return spinach to the bowl. Mix in cream cheese, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and salt. Set aside.
  • Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness, no more than 1-inch-thick. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken breasts in the hot oil, 2 to 3 minutes, working in batches if necessary. Place chicken breasts in a large baking dish. Spread spinach-artichoke mixture on top of each breast.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 20 to 22 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
