A keto burger in a bowl is an easy, quick way to enjoy burgers without the carbs. These loaded burger bowls are ready in 15 minutes and brimming with toppings.

1 lb Ground beef
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
8 oz Leaf lettuce ((shredded))
1 cup Cherry tomatoes ((halved))
1/4 cup Red onions ((sliced thinly))
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese ((shredded))
1 medium Avocado ((sliced))
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Sugar-free ketchup
2 tbsp Dill pickle juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp Sea salt
1/8 tsp Black pepper

Steps:

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, season with sea salt and black pepper. Stir fry, breaking up the pieces with a spatula, for about 7-10 minutes, until the beef is browned and moisture has evaporated.
  • Meanwhile, whisk together all dressing ingredients. Set aside.
  • Divide the leave lettuce among 4 bowls. Top with tomatoes, onions, and cheddar.
  • When the beef is cooked, add it to the bowls, along with fanned avocado slices.
  • Drizzle burger bowls with burger sauce.

Here's what you need: impossible burger meat, spinach, tomato, kosher dill pickles, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, medium onion, avocado, ketchup, dijon mustard

Number Of Ingredients 11

12 oz impossible burger meat
1 cup spinach
¼ cup tomato, diced
3 slices kosher dill pickles
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 medium onion, diced
1 avocado
ketchup
dijon mustard, optional

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mix the ground meat, garlic powder, powder, and salt.
  • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add the ground meat. Cover to ensure thorough cooking. Cook meat for 15-20 minutes on medium heat or until cooked through. Stir every five minutes to prevent meat getting dry. While the ground meat is cooking, start preparing the ingredients that are going to be in the bowl.
  • In a medium bowl, place freshly-washed spinach, tomatoes, onions, and pickles.
  • When the ground meat is cooked and crumbled, spoon ¼ of ground meat into the bowl, you started to prepare previously.
  • Drizzle ketchup, mustard, and add half an avocado (based on your preferences), then serve.
  • Enjoy!
