LOW-CARB BACON CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef with garlic and onion powder until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
- Spread beef onto the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole pan. Stir in bacon pieces.
- Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined. Stir in 8 ounces Cheddar cheese.
- Pour egg mixture over the beef and bacon. Top with the remaining 4 ounces cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on top, 30 to 35 minutes.

- In a large saucepan, cook beef and chopped bacon until both are browned.
- Add chicken broth, basil, parsley, Franks Red Hot Sauce and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat - Cover and simmer for 20 - 30 minutes.
- Add Velveeta, heavy cream, salt and pepper and sour cream and stir until Velveeta melts.
- Serve in bowls and top with shredded cheese and a teaspoon of sour cream (if desired).

Steps:
- Brown the hamburger in a Dutch Oven, then drain the meat and set aside.
- Brown the bacon, in the same Dutch Oven, drain it, and then return both the bacon and hamburger to the pot. Add the celery, onions, and carrots. Saute until the vegetables are just tender.
- Add basil, broth, broccoli, cauliflower and cook until vegetable are just tender.
- Then add the cheese, heavy cream, pepper, and salt and stir until the cheese melts.
- Turn off heat and add the sour cream.
