LOVE MARTINI (MELTING POT)
i had this at the melting pot and it was the best martini i've ever had! (it's a sweet, fruity drink). It smells and looks amazing! *Note: A lot of people have been saying that you ought to use white cranberry juice, and that regular cranberry juice is incorrect. I can't say which tastes better, but I've had this twice at the Melting Pot in Chicago, and both times they have used regular cranberry juice. The presentation is actually much nicer with the regular juice, because the color and the strawberry really reflect the name (see pictures!). But I suppose it could be different regionally.

BEEF MARTINI
If you like your beef 'shaken, not stirred', try this great tipsy marinade for the summer bbq season! Spice up the presentation with an olive and toothpick garnish!

Steps:
- In a medium bowl, combine onion, garlic, barbecue sauce, gin, vermouth, olive brine, and basil.
- Sprinkle each steak with salt and pepper, and place in resealable sandwich bags. Divide marinade between each bag, and seal. Ensure that marinade is evenly distributed around steaks. Refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.
- Preheat grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil grate.
- Remove steaks from bags, and discard marinade. Grill steaks for 7 to 8 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
