- Cut zucchini lengthwise in half; scoop out centers onto cutting board, leaving 1/8-inch-thick shells. Discard removed centers. Cut each zucchini shell crosswise into thirds; place, right sides up, in single layer in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix oil and garlic powder until blended; brush evenly onto cut sides of zucchini shells.
- Bake 10 to 12 min. or until tender. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
- Top with bacon, sour cream and chives.
