Ingredients

1 cup diced apricots
1 cup diced pears
1 cup diced apples
1 cup halved grapes
4 cinnamon sticks
One 750-milliliter bottle white wine
1 cup brandy
1 liter chilled club soda

Steps:

Evenly distribute the apricots, pears, apples, grapes and cinnamon sticks among 4 mason jars. Fill the jars halfway with white wine and add a couple splashes of brandy, then refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours. Add a little ice and fill the rest of the jars with club soda. Take to a picnic or a tailgate!

My own special recipe for white sangria is a real party hit! Start this recipe the night before or early in the day when you need it. Be careful, though. You won't even know it's alcoholic until you're falling all over the floor! It's dangerously delicious!

1 lemon, sliced
1 lime, sliced
1 orange, sliced
1 ½ cups gin
2 (750 milliliter) bottles dry white wine
1 cup orange juice
¼ cup frozen cranberry juice concentrate, thawed
½ cup tonic water
¾ cup pomegranate seeds (from a fresh pomegranate)

Steps:

Arrange the lemon, lime, and orange slices in the bottom of a pitcher or punch bowl. Pour the gin over the fruit slices; cover. Refrigerate overnight.n
Just before serving, pour the wine, orange juice, cranberry concentrate, tonic water, and pomegranate seeds into the gin; stir.n

2 (750 ml) bottles merlot
1 cup Cointreau liqueur
1 cup brandy
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 lemon, juice of
1 liter soda water

Steps:

Mix all ingredients together in a large jug.
Chill, and serve over ice.
