- In a small bowl, stir together rim ingredients. Dump out onto a small plate. Rub the rims of two glasses with a lime wedge. Roll the rims of the glasses in the lime sugar/salt. Fill with ice and set aside.
- Fill a shaker with ice and add all ingredients for the cocktail. Shake well.
- Strain into the glasses. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve.

- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add tequila, lime juice, Simple Syrup and orange liqueur. Cover and shake until mixed and chilled, about 30 seconds. - FOR BLENDED MARGARITAS: Fill blender halfway with ice cubes.
- Add half of margarita mixture.
- Blend until mixture is thick and icy.
- Divide between two glasses.
- Repeat with more ice cubes and remaining margarita mixture.

- Place half of the watermelon cubes in a blender and process until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve set over a large bowl; discard the solids. Repeat with the remaining watermelon cubes. You should end up with about 1 quart of watermelon juice.
