LIME IN THE COCONUT JELLO SHOTS
This is an oldie but a goodie especially popular around holidays. Have a couple of these & you will have a smile on your face. Remember, always have a designated driver or cab.

Steps:
- 1. Bring 1 1/2 cups water to the boil and remove from heat.
- 2. Slowly stir in the 3 packages of Jello, then add the remaining water.
- 3. Add coconut milk and lime juice to the jello mixture.
- 4. Dance around singing "You put the lime in the coconut and mix it all together" while stirring. This step is very necessary.
- 5. Wait 3-4 minutes (for everything to cool a bit, including you) and stir in the rum. Pour into individual serving glasses or shot glasses and chill.
LIME IN THE COCONUT JELLO SHOTS (WITH COCONUT MILK)
This is a fun & tasty treat to serve at parties. I found this on another web site when I was looking for jello shooters for our Hawaiian ethnic party. It didn't say what size of jello pkgs to use, I used small ones & for coconut milk I estimated @ 13 oz. I liked these because they weren't quite as sweet as other jello shooters & smooth tasting with the coconut milk.

Steps:
- Bring water to the boil & remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the 3 Jello packages. Slowly add the hot water, then the coconut milk/juice & lime juice. (You put the lime in the coconut & mix it all together). Wait 3 - 4 mins & then stir in the rum.
- Pour into individual serving sized or plastic shot glasses & chill.
- Spray shots with whipping cream, if preferred, before serving.

ISLAND PINEAPPLE COCONUT JELLO SHOTS
This has Malibu Rum which is coconut flavored. So it's not for the children. And who said jellos not for Adults?
