FAST AND EASY CHICKEN CHILI (CROCKPOT)

Fast and Easy Chicken Chili (Crockpot) image

We love chicken chili, but our old recipe required a lot of prep and hours of simmering on the stove top. I put this together one morning in the crock pot, and we love coming home to a crock full of hot chili to enjoy with almost no prep! Leftovers freeze well, or we love to put the leftovers right into small containers to enjoy for lunches throughout the week.

FAST AND EASY CHICKEN CHILI

Fast and Easy Chicken Chili image

This chili is great for cold days or when you need a fast meal that's super easy to make. It's also very adaptable, depending on what ingredients you have in your pantry. I've used any variety of beans I happen to have on hand, and I've also used ground beef or ground turkey in place of the chicken.

Provided by Jami_lu

Categories     Beans

Time 25m

Yield 6-8 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 (14 1/2 ounce) can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can great northern beans, drained and rinsed
