Steps:
- Into large bowl, measure cereal; set aside.
- In 1-quart microwaveable bowl, microwave chips, butter, lemon peel and juice uncovered on High 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.
- Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; gently shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.

Found this while I was searching for something lemon and found a new favorite snack. It is like a lemon pie in finger food..you guys are gonna love these tasty little morsels. I changed a little bit to my taste.

- Place cereal in a large bowl. In microwave heat for 1 min. Chips,butter,lemon peel, and fresh lemon. Stir and melt for 30 seconds more till chip are melted. Add to the cereal and stir to coat. Coat with powder suger to coat and lay out to dry on wax paper or a large cookie sheet.

Modified recipe from the box of Crispix cereal. I can't go visit my nieces and nephews without bringing Muddy Buddies with me.

Steps:
- Measure out the Crispix cereal in a very large bowl (one in which you can toss the cereal to evenly coat with the chocolate/peanut butter mixture).
- Melt the chocolate chips in either a double boiler or the microwave.
- Add the peanut butter; stir well.
- Pour the chocolate/peanut butter mixture over the Crispix cereal.
- Toss the cereal with the chocolate/peanut butter mixture until the cereal is evenly coated.
- Using a gallon size freezer bag, put about 1/3 of the box of confectioners sugar in the bottom.
- Add half the cereal mixture and toss in the bag until evenly coated with confectioner's sugar.
- Add the remainder of the cereal and top with another 1/3 of the box of confectioners sugar.
- Toss until all the cereal is white in color (for the most part); add more confectioners sugar as needed.

- Place white chocolate chips, butter, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high for 45 seconds; stir. Continue to microwave in 15 second intervals until the chocolate has melted and the mixture can be stirred smooth.
- Pour half the melted chocolate mixture over the top of the cereal, gently fold with a spatula. Poor the remaining mixture over the top and fold gently to combine (doing this in two steps helps make sure all the cereal is evenly coated.)

- In a small bowl, melt the Vanilla Baking Chips and the Butter together (about 30 seconds in the microwave). Use a citrus juicer to juice one lemon until you have about 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. (If there is a little more it can be added in for extra flavor!). Mix the lemon juice with the melted vanilla chips and butter.pour the lemon vanilla mixture over the top of the cereal and use a spatula or a spoon to mix well until all of the pieces are coated.
