LEMON-LIME JELLO SALAD A.K.A. DAD'S GREEN JELLO
This delicious Lemon Lime Jello Salad is a family-favorite recipe made with cottage cheese and pineapple! It's requested ALL the time by friends and family and is SUPER easy!

Steps:
- Lightly spray a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Dissolve both boxes of JELLO and unflavored gelatin in hot water in baking dish.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk, pineapple, cottage, cheese and mayonnaise until thoroughly combined.
- Chill until firm, at least 2 hours.
- Sprinkle on lemon and lime zest if desired.
- Cut into squares and serve cold.

- In a large bowl, mix both packages of jello with hot water; stir well. Beat in softened cream cheese (at low speed!). Add cold water and stir. Add pineapple, sweetened condensed milk, and mayonnaise; mix well. Sprinkle nuts on top and chill.
LEMON-LIME JELLO SALAD
This is a great jello salad that my grandmother made one year for Thanksgiving. We have made it many times since then and it is always enjoyed by everyone. The list of ingredients may sound strange, but it truly is a great tasting little dessert. Light and sweet and fruity !

Steps:
- Mix the 2 packages of jello with the 2 cups boiling water. Stir to dissolve well.
- Add the cold water and chill the jello until it is just slightly thick.
- Stir in all remaining ingredients and chill until completely set.
- Serve and enjoy!
