These easy Krusteaz waffles are what perfect mornings are made of. Thick and fluffy with a wonderfully crisp outer crust, you won't be able to resist.

Ingredients

2 cups Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix or Protein Flapjack and Waffle Mix
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Steps:

Preheat the waffle iron and grease with oil or baking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, cold water, egg, and vegetable oil until combined. Lumps are fine.
Pour 1/3 to 1/2 of batter onto the preheated waffle iron. Cook until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat until all batter is cooked. This recipe makes four servings. Serve with fresh fruit and whipped cream. Enjoy!
