NAT'S SPICY MUSTARD SAUCE
This mustard sauce is the best. I first had it served with sausage rolls, but you can serve it with anything!

Steps:
- Mix mustard& vinegar in a small bowl.
- Cover and let stand at room temperature overnight.
- Next day, put mixture in a saucepan, add egg and sugar.
- Simmer on low heat until it thickens.
- When cool, put in covered container and keep in fridge.

Steps:
- Mix vinegar and dry mustard. Let sit overnight, covered, at room temperature.
- Beat eggs with sugar. Add to mustard mixture. Add 1/4 teaspoons salt.
- Bring to a slow boil. Cook until thickened.
- Pour into a air tight container and store in the refrigerator.
- Serve w/ fresh veggies, pretzels or as a condiment for sandwiches.
